Wesleyan University is committed to acting on the climate crisis to create a healthy, sustainable, and just community. In 2007, the University committed to carbon neutrality. A decade later, Wesleyan joined other institutions in committing to uphold the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. This strategic plan takes bold steps to outline Wesleyan’s priorities over the coming decades in integrating holistic sustainability into all facets of campus life and interactions with the community.
